when @ grocery store last afternoon- a VW - pickup drove in - old man had really fixed it up. wish id had my camera - looked like in the late 60's model-not a ramp side but really nice one .

Here's some shots that John Jackson took last Wednesday on our way to National Trail Raceway for the drags. Big thanks to the early Chevy guys for making the trip ! John is one of the best there is, it was a dream come true to hang out with him over many days watching him do what he does to create his magic.

John is a freelance photographer and works for several magazines. We should be seeing some of his Nats pictures in one of them in the coming months.

OK. hears one for all of you. Can anyone name this car? There are very few cars in the world that I don't know but have to say I'm drawing a blank on this one. Maybe just the angle of the pic..... Anyone?

I'm guessing something from down under, and since it's near the ocean throw another shrimp on the barbie mate.

I saw quite a few of those when I lived in Australia. Plymouth VJ Charger, probably about 1972 or 1973. One I saw had a straight six don't remember the displacement, maybe 225cu.in. A real nice one was the "770" model it had a 340 V8. Some pretty awesome cars Down Under...
