Matt check a truck ass. 4x4 supply, they have all sizes. Have seen some at TSC too

First, there is a bolt that holds the leaf springs together. It has a round head that fits into a hole in the axle bracket. It should look something like this...
This should locate the axle side-to-side and front-to-back on the springs.
The U bolts hold things together tight, but should not be the reason for the axle to move.
To get new U bolts, check local parts stores, but I've found a good selection at the local trailer supply. You can look at the big mail order houses too.
You will need the measurements shown here, or even better if buying local, take an old one in to match.
NOTE: this is just an example, NOT the correct measurements for you.

Napa -as usual has most sizes-check the area on the axle tube for wear fronm the u-bolts-- most spring companys have any size u need or can make easily 4 ya.
