Going in for surgy tomorrow

The plan is to operate on the left shoulder tomorrow and in a few weeks operate on the right side . I'm going to be out of service maybe 12 to 16 weeks . I’m tired of being in pain every day but it has to get worse before it will get better ,,hope they got some good gas tomorrow ,,hywaychild

Dude I can totally sympathize! I had my left one done for the second time in May and it's still not better. My right was supposed to get done last month, but my doc is waiting for everything to heal up first. Sucky!

I'd wait to get your other one done until you are 100% on your left side. That way you're only crippled one side at a time and you'll be able to do your physical therapy to your full potential.

I had my left shoulder rebuilt and it took almost a year for me to get 90% movement and now they say they need to do it again to repair something that went wrong. I agree with Roman, wait till your left shoulder is completely healed before doing the right one. My right one needs to be completely rebuilt to as do both my knees and My spine needs surgery in my lower back and neck areas and my gall bladder will be coming out soon. One thing at a time. Good luck with your surgery and I hope you heal faster than I did.

Avoid Neck surgery at any cost!!!!! If it does not work you are F'ed for life.
Take it from someone who know's..With back surgery, fussion, ask your Dr if the operation WILL cure your problem. You will NEVER get a yes. There's a reason for that. I asked it at NYC Hospital for special surgery, the best in the world..Never got a yes..

Best of luck and I feel for ya, I was sposed to go in for my left shoulder last month. I didnt like the reports that I got about the DR. Now I'm looking for another one.

im in line for my left shoulder to attach the acl.....if it hurts like hell and sucks, please just say it was a piece of cake. i hate the doctor stuff. Best of luck to you

I feel for ya sir! Surgery sucks... I have had over 75 different opperations on different parts of my body. Everytime I woke up i got real sick and vomited violently. I need both knees replaced and I have cronic Stomach/intestion problems as well as Fibromilagia ( only 2% of men get this and I have it along with all my other crap to deal with )

My lower back and neck....2 years ago....solved the problem....i can feel my legs and arms...all good now

didn't they give you a shot in the neck to numb your ark or give you a pain pump. I had the shot in my neck and it kept my arm numb for almost ten days. It hurt like hell after that. My arm was useless for 6 weeks.
