Howdy.... I just bought a 69 and want to do the same. Question why did you cut your rear frame? I want to stick some big slicks on my project, but didn't think that cutting the frame was necessary. I'm new to this awesome site, your project is way cool.

Welcome Lyrad!!! Don't think you have to cut the frame, but might what to move the rear shocks. Bet he's putting on a narrowed rear end and customizing the frame to fit it

Thanks G-Man, Can any one tell me how much room there is from the back frame to the inside fender? what size slick can I put in there, I will do a tub but didn't want to cut the frame.

Pic #5 looks like a double exposure? Or is that a piece of temp floor to facilitate the engine install? When I did my 6cyl motor swap on my '65

with my 350 and super comp headers yes i need couple inches so
