What is the best, most powerfull paint stripper?

Was not really happy with the last stripper I used. Don't remember the brand I used. Seem's to me the stripper's I used back in the 70's were much stronger. One to two coats to a clean metal surface. I tried two different brand's last summer and each were four coats and still not completly clean.
Anyone know a good Stripper?? Sorry PAINT Stripper.

I think the last I used was just called an "aircraft stripper". been a long time ago.... I think it was probably purchased through lowes or the local ACE hardware though.... maybe this will help.... Anthony

Donn, my buddy works at Kemperle Paint supply so I will ask him . I know he had the bottom of his boat blasted by a girl who sandblasts .I believe she uses other material also. I will get both for you. I should be seeing him over the holiday

I had a discussion with the body guy who is going to do my van. He said not to use any kind of a paint stripper as it seeps into the seams and crevices around the doors and other body panels. Once it is in there it does not come out and when the paint is applied in those areas the paint will peel and blister.
I have no direct experience with this but am just passing on what we discussed.

Tape the seams first to keep the stripper out and dont put stripper up to the tape edge. You can always sand those spots to be safe. You definitely dont want stripper in the seams.
