Van names...
I'm not one to name vehicles and such. There are some really cool boat names, but some of them are can be duds.

Re: Van names...
I knickname almost everything..you might have guessed mine is the Magic Bus
I paired it with the song from the who..
I don't care how much I pay (Too much, the Magic Bus)
I wanna drive my bus to my baby each day (Too much, the Magic Bus)
Magic Bus, Magic Bus, Magic Bus
Magic Bus, Magic Bus, Magic Bus
Give me a hundred (Magic Bus)
I won't take under (Magic Bus)
Goes like thunder (Magic Bus)
It's a four-stage wonder (Magic Bus)
Magic Bus, Magic Bus, Magic Bus, Magic Bus
I want it, I want it, I want it...(You can't have it!)
Think how much you'll save...(You can't have it!)]
I want it, I want it, I want it, I want it ... (You can't have it!)
Thruppence and sixpence every day
Just to drive to my baby
Thruppence and sixpence each day
'Cause I drive my baby every way
Magic Bus, Magic Bus, Magic Bus, Magic Bus, Magic Bus...
I want the Magic Bus, I want the Magic Bus, I want the Magic Bus...
I said, now I've got my Magic Bus (Too much, the Magic Bus)
I said, now I've got my Magic Bus (Too much, the Magic Bus)
I drive my baby every way (Too much, the Magic Bus)
Each time I go a different way (Too much, the Magic Bus)
I want it, i want it, I want it, I want it ...
My car-=Silver Steak
My expedition=Big Red
My motorcycle=BlackBeauty
My econo p/u= SuperDuty
People I know...Hooty..Squidly..Little Queeny..Gammy..Jiggypa..Skippy...Twiddle Dee and Twiddly Dum
Pork Chop..RamRod..Captain Wierdo
In most cases they are terms of affection...but not always!
Now if I could just figure out what a four stage wonder is? Maybe you guys from across the pond could help?...

Van Names
We are naming the 67 a100 im working on "Van on the Run" as a takeoff from the Paul McCartney album Band on the Run. One of our favorites from the 70's.

Re: Van names...
Because the family calls the 2005 Freestar "The Van" the new 65 donor pickup sitting in the driveway had to be called something different.
I got the pickup from Newton, NH so I call it "NEWTON".
When I reference THE PICKUP soon to be here...I call it Lou..for Louisiana...
Just made sense at the time.

Re: Van names...
My sister in law, who I love to death, still can't believe I bought a "hippy van". She calls it the "Spirit in the Sky" after the Norman Greenbaum song.
I've never been one to name my vehicles but this is starting to grow on me.

My friends say my van looks like a breadbox on wheels and with all the money I got in her I think the name fits so I'm going with "The Breadbox"

Re: Van names...
Right now it's being referred to as "The Scooby", which I don't mind at all, but I'd like it to referred to as something a little cooler.
I was considering "Groovy Thing" after hearing this tune:
I've only been to a few van shows, but each time they want a van's "Name" and I'd like to write down something other than "the Good One", "T.B.D." or "Scary Van".
