The back isn't that hard. most start with a axle flip. This is where the rear axle which normally mounts to the bottom of the spring has new perches added to the bottom so the axle mounts to the top of the spring. This will lower it the diameter of the axle and the height of the spring, usually 4-5 inches.
You have to consider brake lines, E brake cables (easy), pinion angle (set up when welding the perches) and clearance where the axle crosses the frame ( C notch the area and finish it).
The front is a lot harder. While lowering it by doing an axle flip is fairly easy, you run into a lot more issues with clearance and steering. You have to get real smart on how these work and how to modify them, or find someone who does (not just a good talker) and pay them the big bucks mentioned to get the thing set up right. Another option is to go with an aftermarket Independent Front Suspension (IFS), but the issue there is that these are unibody and the frame rails you see under there are not designed or heavy enough to attach any other suspension to directly. You have to subframe or full frame the thing to get a suspension under there, and you will still have major clearance and steering issues to resolve.
