I HELPED TO INSTALL ONLY 1 BUT WHEN YOU CUT THE ROOF , YOU ARE REMOVING 2 SUPPORTS, WE HAD TO RESUPPORT ALL THE WAY AROUND ,WE ALSO SUPPORTED THE VISTA ROOF IT'S SELF. THE GUY DOING THE WELDING WAS 250LB SO IT HAD TO HOLD HIM AS WELL. THE 1ST YEARS 64,65 HAD METAL UNDER THE GLASS ON THE DRIVER & PASSENGER SIDE THE LATER YEARS DID NOT SO YOU HAD TO MAKE YOUR OWN METAL FROM THE GLASS DOWN . WITH THAT I CAN SEE WHY SOME OF THESE WOULD LEAK AND A LOT OF BONDO WAS USED. . ALSO BACK IN THE 70S A LOT OF THIS STUFF WAS DONE IN A HURRY. WITH TODAYS MIG WELDERS YOU HAVE SO MUCH MORE CONTROL. AS FAR AS HOW HARD TO INSTALL ? IT'S GOING TO TAKE A WEEK. SETING IT UP THERE, MOVING IT AROUND , LAYOUT, CUTTING THE ROOF, FABING AND WELDING BONDO .THERE IS A LOT OF WORK THERE. IF YOU LOOK AT G-MAN'S VAN AND DIGZS VANS JUST TO NAME 2 THESE GUYS ARE NOT CUTTING CORNERS WITH THE WORK THEY ARE DOING!!! BUT WHEN THEY ARE DONE THEY KNOW IT WAS DONE RIGHT. (KEEP IT FUN)
