by crayform Fri Oct 01, 2010 6:46 pmIs there an adapter kit for putting a TH350 behind a 170 or a 200? I have one left over from a Vega project and I keep tripping over it. I have a '64 panel with a 170 and a 4 speed manual in it and it's going to be a daily driver so I'm looking to put an automatic in it. Has anyone done this or should I just try to trade it for a C4?

I have a 700R4 im dying to get into my econoline. I know of kits for a SBF and/or the 240 or 300 cubic inch but i havent come across an adapter kit for the small inline 6's. Seems like it would be alot simpler to sell the TH350 and slap a C4 in there. The adapter kit i was looking at was like 465 bucks.
