Dodge 318 fuel pump

As I am in the process of getting the rebuilt 318 ready to be reinstalled in the near future, I went to purchase a new fuel pump from O'reillys. I was given two choices of pumps. The first option is the pump with a single fuel outlet that uses a metal fitting on the fuel line. The second option is a pump with two fuel outlets, one is for a metal fitting, one is a slip on fitting for a rubber fuel hose. The second choice is for a fuel system that has a fuel return line to the tank.
As my fuel tank does not have an access for a return line I am assuming my fuel pump choice would be number one.
Any comments, suggestions?

I'd say option one (single fitting), unless you are planning on adding a return line to the tank there's no need for the two fitting one.

For a 318 gas engine, there is not a need for a return fuel line. I have run 318's in most of my chrysler vehicles and have never had a return line on any of the. With all that said, I would go with option 1.
