How do you stop the side door rattlling?

Take the top and bottom anti rattle pieces off your door and make me a cardbord template.
Just the flat profile.
I'll take the template and make some new pieces for everyone out of fiberglass.
send me a PM and I'll give you my address.
And as for the rod going into the top and bottom plates, I use to use a strip of wetsuit neoprene to keep it from rattling.

Here's a pic of the part on top of the front side door (sorry for fuzziness!).



I can get the dimensions later in the weekend. IMO, I don't see how the replacement can be made of anything except a thin spring type material. It's got to be pretty thin to fit between the door and body and also be able to 'push' against the body.
