Not much infor on them out there but I did find this:

Holy crap! It appears as though they are using gasoline as a refrigerant and using engine vacuum to boil it. Until we can see the instructions and device clearly, we won't know for sure, but that's what it looks like.
FYI - an air conditioner or refrigeration unit doesn't 'make cold' like a furnace makes heat, it transfers heat outside the cooled space.
