I lucked out. Found a 70 Merc wagon with a limited slip rear diffy. The guy just wants it towed off his farm. The car was hit in front so motor or trans and is badly rusted.
So I hope to put that rear end in one of my Econoline trucks. Probally the one I plan to make an extended cab truck.
It will not bolt into the truck. I plane to pull the internals and swap into the my trucks carrier. Axles maybe a problem. Have to make sure they have enough splines or find ones that do and fit the trucks.
