Here's my 67 A-100 ex Virginia Bell van. It has a 170 slant six/3 on tree. Will be swapping to a 225 slant six. It's the heavy duty model with front sway bar and 11" front brakes. As you can see some work has already begun.

Here you can see some problems in the drip rails. No biggie.

G-Man:
I think that's an extended cab pick-up. If i'm blessed enough to have my health and some money at retirement, duplicating that will be my first project after I install a lift. (Why does it seem that most of the work that has to be done is underneath the van?).
I'm telling ya, Nate's got it going on out there in Maryland.

This is actually at Brian Bowie's house. The pickup is a home built King Cab from an A-108. It has a big block engine. It's sweet. The white van he just bought. It has 41,000 miles. I think Brian has 13 or 14 A-100s now.
I've owned maybe 7 A's in the past.

Nate by the way Great garage!!! Is that yours or Brians???

That's Brian's. He has a lift and everything, so I go down to his house to work. I live in a townhome so getting into major stuff wouldn't be feasible.
Most of that driprail will be repaired with Bondo-Glass. Pretty heavy duty stuff.

Bondo glass is a very good product if used right. (I'm sure you know how to used it) The bad press about bondo is from the morons that think you can use it 3"-4" think.

Hey Nate, of course it would be Brian's garage. Man that place looks awesome inside. When you are down there can you ask Brian if he still has copies of the 1998 A-100 Nats videos? And tell him I am coming down to Maryland to live in his garage. hahha.

thats a nice find you got there Nate, you dont find too many with the windows on one side like that. how many trucks at carlisle this year? didnt make it i was still finishing up the 65 sportsman. and didnt want to sleep under the tannau cover of the pickup
Guest- Guest
We were very lean at Carlisle this year. Only 5 A-100's. We did have a guy from California show up with a surf-themed p/u. He will be featured in Mopar Enthusiast magazine with a Hang 10 Dart and a Dodge "woody" wagon.

One of these years I wanna go back to Carlisle. I was there in 98 and 99 and both years had a blast. Maybe I can swing it next year. That sucks the count was that low for A-100's this year. I can remember when it was nothing to see 30 trucks show up. I wanna blame it on gas prices.

i was there in spirit workin 12 hrs a day at work and re assembling-working out the bugs of my 65 im still doing the interior im kinda stumped, you both have seen my 68 a100 pickup, my vans the same color, motor box, stering coloum, dash, heater box, all green, i started painting my fiberglass interior pannels green, its too much. black lookes ok,but too dark, limmo tint on the windows, im thinking silver metallic? want to put a grey or black carpeting on the celing and lower pannels under the windows. with that snap to gether hardwood floor for the floor oh wow im totally off topic!~ any input is apreciated

Benwah, do you have the green 68 A-100 pickup with the SS Cragars on it with soft bed cover? If so I remember meeting you in probably 1998 at Carlisle. I think you were just building your A-100 pickup then. Is that right? And then you had the truck finished and had it at Carlisle in 99? I think I have some pics of it around here somewhere.

yes it is hemi, just finishin up her brother sportsman, same wheels n tires and paint, im going to have the same pinstripeing done thinking silver n black as the interior. im painting my 62 k20 s roof and grill 1999 gm metallic platnium instead of white, its a really nice color think im going to shoot a pannel and hang it up to see, i painted several green it seems overbearing and black doesnt excite me. i have dial up and seem to have issues posting pix, would love to share with everyone here, the pickups not really done either, they never really are, thats a 2004? picture i had mopar 14" rallys before that,
