Drove it onto the trailer from the back 40, havent really paid much attention to it other than that. I'll take a look at it tonight when I get home, I know its a 10 bolt.

I talked to the guy who has the airfilter assembly. He says he will see if he can get it back to me.

The diff seems to be in good condition. I have not pulled the cover off, but there doesnt seem to be any play out of the ordinary.

Re: Ritchies 66 GMC
Got everything back together and no spare parts left. Glad I took pictures of the brakes since it's been 30 years since I had drums. Added six 90lbs bags of cement in the rear to lower it and push the driveshaft in...thanks Don. Have a project to use them later at home. Have to change the gas line. A shop want's $5 per foot for a new stainless steel line. Any other options like brakelines? I want to change it I think it's full of rust.

Re: Ritchies 66 GMC
check on the 5ft sections of brakeline, think you can get that ina stainless , I used 2 chunks with a union in the middle, Just make darn sure the union is tight. I found out "just snug" leaks.

Re: Ritchies 66 GMC
That's what Don said to do. It's probably a lot cheaper too. Did you use some type of sealer on the threads??

No, the actual seal is done by the flare on the tubing and where it seats.

Re: Ritchies 66 GMC
Napa might sell that 5/16" brake tubing by the foot,,,,,,for your gas line,,,,,,,measure it from the tank to the fuel pump,,,,,it might be 60" which is the longest the brake lines come in,,,,,,,,
