Ya I would love to see some pictures too. If this works out well for you, this shifter could be in my vans future......a very distant future.

I just ordered it yesterday and don't plan on putting it in till after I get back from Vegas in the middle of April. I will be sure to post some pics when I get it in. I think it will fit and work comfortably... I'm pretty excited about getting this in... I'm not happy with the B&M hammer shifter I have in there now.

I had never seen these shifters until today. I looked over the website and watched a video that was on there and now I have to get one!!! They look cool, they're good quality, and they're lockable. My van dosent need a key to start it so a shifter lock would be awesome. Thanks for posting this Mo.

MO, do you have a tunnel on your van??? My concern with my tunnel something like that may be too big????

I have the factory tunnel on my '67. I built a console between the doghouse and the dash. The top of the console goes all the way up to the latch on the doghouse. From looking at your pictures I'm sure you could make it work if you wanted to. I would fab up a console and make clearance cuts in the tunnel if needed. Even with your doghouse being removable...I think it's very do-able. He also has shifters that would mount above your tunnel and not flush like the one I bought. My console is built up as high as I could go so I could reach the shifter with ease so this flush one will look awesome once I get it in. I'll post some pics tomorrow of what mine looks like now with the Hammer shifter.

Here is the beginning of the console I am building...I have nothing bolted or welded down until I'm sure it's how I want it. I was thinking about a cutting the tunnel out and making it larger but I don't think I'll need to for cooling purposes so I left it alone. That's 1/4" aluminum plate on top that the shifter is attached to... When the kilduff shifter comes in I'll cut out an opening for it and mount it flush to the plate. With my long arms it should be pretty comfortable to operate.

Got my shifter so now I can start putting my console together. I love this shifter. It's smooth to operate and looks sharp. I still need to build the other side of the console where the cup holders are going but here's what I got so far.

that looks too awesome. i can't wait to see your whole console finished. good choice on the polished aluminum and 'brass' knuckles. the pearl kilduff handles were a little too much, imo

It locks with a standard padlock that goes right underneath the handle so the trigger can't be pulled up... My first thought was the lock would look a little gaudy hanging up by the handle but on the other hand it would be highly visible.
