I would have to say thats a 65 ShevyVan,,,,,,,,with a knee operated horn button,,,,,,or a 65 with 66 parts,,,,

....I put my horn button next to turn signal switch,,,,,even if you get the button to work right, you hit it turning the wheel,,,,,,that van should have a REAL SportVan horn button,,,and then there was these 10 window panels,,,,,,
