One thing that went wrong with my Econoline windows was the plastic rollers that ride in the window regulator track. They disintegrate over the years. Fortunately they are available and an easy fix.

If it is just rollers they can be replaced. If it is the mechanism itself I believe I have a spare but I will have to check. If I have it and you want it I will give it to you just pay the postage

I have a spare but it is not in good shape. I wish you would have mentioned it before I sent the regulator as I could have put vent window in the same package. Not in great shape but maybe between the two you could make one good one.
