Look at the motor pic...looks like his vacum line is off the distributor and the coil wire is missing at coil....maybe just a 'poor-mans security system.'

What do you think it's worth?

I'm guessing he's pricing it fairly correct. I saw the full episode of Overhaulin and they did nice work although they seem to be kind of lazy with the interior. Assuming mechanical still work great I'll bet he'll get close to his price. North of 15k at least I would think. For me it's all about having windows all the way around so my offer would be bad.

Honestly I hate the paint, the wheels, the bumpers, the DH tunnel, and if I recall they had to F'up the rear wheel wells to get the stance.

So there’s no window glass?
