Econ display van Empty Econ display van

Post by NorCalBrian Fri Dec 16, 2016 2:22 pm

    Happy Friday all,

Hey just wondering, but does anyone have an Econoline 'display van'? It's hard to find a picture of via the Googles. From what I understand, they had stock windows only on the passenger side. Anyone out there know of any, or have a pic of one that you could share here?  Thank you

Display vans were great for folks like plumbers and electricians. They could have their parts bins on the left side of the van and get lots of daylight in on the right side.

Here is a drawing of one.

And the extended, Super Van version

    I'll look for a picture.

I have one it was a bell south telephone truck. Don't have a pic of the window side but will get one and post. Had one in the seventies also and it had been a parts delivery van in a Ford dealership
