I hate winter and 30* temps

Got our first snow (northeast Ohio), 30 degree temps. Yeah, I have a torpedo heater in the garage. But just to cold , to go out there.
Today has been the longest 2400 hours , a day can be.....and this is just the start of it

31 and our first snow of the year in Pittsburgh.

I feel your pain....we had our first snowfall (about 2") at the beginning of October. I keep threatening to move to warmer climates, yet here I am..hunkered down in the cold and snow.....lol

On my way into work this morning, I had to switch to 4 wheel drive in my Ranger. Only about an inch of snow but every time I'd take a corner or go up a hill, rear tires would spin. Once I got out of town, no snow, just cold wind...and so it begins...wah, wah wah!!! I'd love to do the snowbird thing in the winters!!!

Winter time coming hard and early. Although currently approx. in the mid 40s, first snow appeared already.... 4wd drive daily driver helps

OH, this is in northern Germany....

No snow, yet, in the south of Germany and about 55 today.

Getting chilly here too...highs only getting to 68 °F today. Going to have to find a jacket somewhere

I am with you uante, I had to put on a long sleeve shirt yesterday because it rained here for like an hour and was in the low 60's.

Well I guess you guys in the south and west can make fun of us in the frozen zones of the country.  But when all of our snow melts into the ground,....it fills our wells, and watersheds.  So at least we can have clean water to drink, bathe, flush our toilets ,and wash our vans, without taking a chance of getting tickets from the water police
But 60* sure sounds good !

Yep, just fooling with you guys. Grew up on the east coast and know all about winter. Came to CA in the winter of 1980 and never went back. I do know whats it like to work in the cold, not fun. We here in CA sure do need winter and lots of rain.

You are more than welcome to come and get all of the snow you can transport. I'll send you an email when there is more than we can use.

Yeah just kidding with you snow dwellers, I grew up on an Air Force Base in Germany and loved the snow during the Holidays. But we pay for the great winters here in AZ with a brutal summer. Gets too hot almost to drive our temperture finicky vans.

My place is too low - according to the snow levels they showed the other day when I checked...

Don't know how high up you are over in the oroville area...
