    you got the Ford and Dodge passenger vans still out there ,,,,,,,when Ford brought out their 1968 van with a HOOD,,,,,,that was the beginning of the end for our Earlys,,,,,,,they now could put Power Steering and Brakes and A/C on their vans,,,,,as soon as Dodge and Chevy figured out how to put a hood on a van, it was all over for our vans,,,,,,,by 1971, all vans had hoods,,,,,,and they still do,,,,,,,
