Annual potluck supper and bonfire at Winterpast Farm on Saturday, January 31, 2015.

Come early at 4 pm to see the Barnabas collection of 15 classic Econolines.

The gates open at 5 p.m. and signals the gathering of the food.  Bring a dish to share and your own drinks (any kind). We expect over 100 people to attend.

If you plan to sit near the bonfire, you might want to bring a chair or blanket.

Bring your kids, but please do not bring your dog. This is a working farm, and they have plenty of dogs and other animals for your enjoyment.

Bring a flashlight so you can find the outhouse and find your vehicle late at night. Glow necklaces for the kids helps keep them in sight.

Bring your Christmas tree if you can. We'll be toasting them on the bonfire.

11 miles North of Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh.
Do not park on Neasden Rd.  It's a private road.

Winterpast Farm belongs to my sister Mary, and she allows me to store the Econoline collection there.  I'll be tending the fire most of the evening.  Be sure to say Hi.

Very Cool, Winter is over Jan. 31st? Wish I was closer. Those roads and towns sound familiar.

Sam - We are planning a big event for all vintage vans in North Carolina in the spring/summer. Stay tuned for details.

There is nothing wrong with a B&W TV. It's actually better for the imagination!

Yes, all makes and models are invited. This is really a Winterpast Farm annual event, and I thought to invite the NC vintage vanners, since my collection resides at the farm.

Camping for the vanners is available if you can stand the cold. PM me for the details.

See the official Winterpast Farm Bonfire announcement here.

We are starting to plan a real vintage van event in Raleigh later in the spring when it warms up. We can talk at the bonfire.

Here is a picture at the beginning of the evening last year.  See the Econolines peeking through the woods trying to get to the food.  Laughing

    Hey Barnabus

Wish I could make this one.
Still working out the kinks with the 289.
I also have the tank dropped for the 20 gallon 69 mustang tank conversion.
Maybe I'll see you at Carlisle or up here in Jersey.

Thanks for putting on the show...hope it becomes a yearly event.

Wish I could make it heading to Atlanta this week end to pick up my new 67 Falcon. I will be there next year for sure if not this spring.

Jay 13 was the first to arrive in his 1969 Chevy. His yellow van is now pretty blue.  More pics later as I find them.
