I've been around here for just some time but I finally figured out how to partially post pictures so might as well introduce ourself!

I'm David from Vancouver BC and she's still looking for a name. She's a pretty bone stock '65 Falcon with the little 170cu. Previous owner was an older gentleman who didn't drive her enough but took good care of her. Now she's mine, all mine! Wink

First day I bought her I took her on a 500 miles trip down the cost to a Vaners meet, good time!

I have a few changes I'd like to make but it needs to be either OEM or period correct as I want to put the collectors plate back on her (she had them before I bought her).

First in list is to figure a way to sit my two young boys (5 &7). Those original bench seem very hard to find!

I'll most likely change the points to electronic ignition as it's allowed and figure how to stop water from finding is way inside the van by the windshield gasket.

I used to have a '65 VW bus and this is way nicer, glad I went ahead!

Enough talking, here she is along with something to get your attention ;D

    Cheers
    Mr. D

To get forgiveness from my lovely wife for buying yet unother "unnecessary" toy I took her for her first ride to a new Ethiopian restaurant I was curious about just a few miles away. Not sure she was impressed with the ride but she loved the dinner and the evening until I dragged her near the kitchen to show her the painting I just found hanging on the wall...

It's got to be a sign hey! (although the picture got cutoff while getting uploaded)

First outing with my buddy who I blame for giving me back the vintage van fever...
That was on our way to a Vaners meet in Washington.
