Can anyone explain the basic procedure for replacing the motor mounts? I want to do mine this weekend. I haven't checked my manual, but think a floor jack on the bottom of the engine to jack it up a little?

well,,,,,,,if you wanted to clean and paint the crossmember,,,,,you might just put a piece of pipe and chain  across 2 jack stands to hold up the engine and take off the mounts and crossmember to work on them,,,,,,

I just used a floor jack with a block of wood to protect the oil pan. Unbolt the mounts from the cross member and jack up til the studs clear. Then unbolt from the engine block and then reverse bolting the new ones in. It is easy. Should take at the most a 1/2 hours to change.
