Lokar Cable Shifter

Hello All,
Looking for pictures of how others installed a Lokar Cable Shifter from underneath, and what of the three shifting arms you used and did you install it above or below. I am installing a 200-4R in the next couple weeks and need some reference pictures, any would be greatly appreciated.

Dennis this won't answer your question but maybe Billski will chime in. This is a shot of his Lokar shifter in his 66 sportvan. One of the cleanest I've ever seen. You could PM him for some more info.
