Re: new radiator
John there is no direct bolt up aftermarket rad for the a100's call these guys tell them what you have and what want , 2 core 3 core 4 core , tranny cooler and so on they can fix you up, that is what i'm running, made in the U.S.A. http://www.fsrradiator.com/

Re: new radiator
I need to repair or replace my radiator in my '65 A100, 273, automatic too and I don't have a service manual. Do I take the front "dog house" engine cover off with the radiator in it and then take the radiator out of the cover? Are any of you using an overflow tank that fits next to the radiator inside the front cover? It looks like there might be room. What pressure does the new aluminum radiator operate under? What type of a cap are you using, e.g. 7 pounds with a pressure release lever? Did the price quoted include shipping? Any recommendations for shops near Ventura, California?
Thanks, Sweetvan.

Re: new radiator
Well as for pulling there are four bolts attaching the radiator to the radiator frame (front housing), they screw in from the front, two on each side. I dropped the radiator from the bottom.

Re: new radiator
if you do go with a new one its worth the money for a aluminum one from four seasons radiator {fsr} they have all the measurements of the one you need,
