Any members residing in Southern California take note:
A local car club, Sunset Mini Truck Club [http://www.sunsetsd.com/home.html] is hosting their 4th Annual Sundown @ Sunset Car Show.
This car show is dedicated to support the Platelet Disorder Support Association [PDSA] and club member Sara [a.k.a. "Scissors"] who has Platelet Disorder.
There is a blood drive hosted by the San Diego County Blood Bank with donations supporting both Sara & PDSA.
My club, The Motorhead Misfits, cruise and hang out with the Sunset club and can confirm that these are great people and this show is for a good cause. Don't let the 'mini truck' motif sway you.
This show is open to all make/model/styles so shine up your ride and cruise on over! If you can give blood that's AWESOME! If you can't there are other ways you can help!
I will be there and it would be very cool to finally meet and hang out with fellow members while you show off our hobby and show them what vannin' is all about!
