no=torque specs on an adjustable rocker arm. Start looking where that pushrod went?/ & why its loose???

the pic is chopped here...but there were actually two loose. Both pushrods are right there though. :-)

Whenever the head is taken off the engine, you need to adjust the valves by tightening the rocker arm nut before it will run,,,,,sometimes those studs pull out on worn out heads,,,,
