I pulled some rear hinge grommets off a 85 Chevy Van and they fit the side and rear doors of the Early Chevy Vans. They look a little different but they fit. It is a lot easier to cut them in half, then slot them so you can glue them on with black silicone adhesive. They will also fit the front hinges, but you would need to seal them a little because the hinges are about 1/8" smaller. Now where can we find some at a good price.

Yeah, I got many off of early to mid 70's and 80's. Some fit some don't, kind of a crap-shoot!!
