Welcome to VV ECMCARS. If I'm not mistaken some one else in here was asking that same question. Not sure what the answer was, but I no more ford guys will chime in. Stay tuned, lot a good info here. And when you get a chance show us some pics. Also what are plans for your ride?

Re: AOD SWAP for 65 club wagon
A popular swap with no ECM is the 82 Thunderbird as it is cable controlled and has the shortest tail stock. The shift pattern works well with our automatic shift plates that I make and sell. Also as an under transmission mount I also make a transmission cross member for our trucks as well as the V8 cross member. Getting ready to also put one in mine, also A/C, Power brakes, and power steering. Here are some pics of two A/C setups I was involved with. On the first he insisted on welding a mount onto the nose and on the 2nd one (1st place at the last Nationals at Pomona)we mounted the A/C on a support that I suggested we run from headlight to headlight to better support the unit. Also some pics of the shift cable conversion, v8 throttle cable and V8 cross member, oil filter adapters, shift indicator plates, that I make
