A100 brake cables and steering wheel

Hello everybody.

I am a new A100 owner from Scotland and need help with a couple of things :

Firstly, are parking brake cables available anywhere?

Secondly, is there a Grant steering wheel installation kit available to fit a 64?

cables are tuff to find find a local company that makes custom cables. and the grant # is 3315 or 4315 one is chrome and the other one ia black chrome is hard to fond. and welcome to vintage vans...

I had all my brake lines remade and then decided to have my emergency brake cables remade at the same time. The place is called Inline Tube and are somewhat local to me but I do know that they ship everywhere, including the U.K. They used all my origianls as a pattern so they should have them if your's are the same as my '69 A100. They also made complete brake lines for my '96 F150 and brake and gas lines for my '68 Dart.

Does a 4315 kit fit a 64?

I'm trying to buy one but the seller says it's for 65 on only??

i'm not sure i'm thinking the column shaft souuld be the same.

I ended up repairing the old ones using some old throttle cable pinch bolts and brazing them up. Sorted! I told you I was making progress!

Rear brake cables are available through rockauto. They're listed for '68 to '70 a100 vans, but they're the same for all years. They were about $10 each when I ordered mine.

I managed to sort them but I think I will buy a set in case my modified cables fail!

An update on the steering wheel fitting kit - I got a 3315 kit from Jackhammer Speed Shop here in the UK which fits okay.
