Hahaha! I had a Silver one! With a 3 foot sissy-bar my dad had attached two 12" PVC pipes with hose clamps so I could carry my fishing poles! Ahhh, Memories! <')))>{

nice ride. one of my shreveport mardi gras friends has something like that. he has a bike rack on his 1972 bmw 2002tii and rides around with that thing on top.

I had one identical to that except I believe my seat was an original solid white one, maybe some metallic in it...I loved that bike, washed it polished it, babied it, when I got off I put it on the KICKSTAND, not just throw it on the ground like they do today....It was great until around 73 or so when the 10 speed hit the street and I had to have on of those, still a great memory.

one of my customers was throwing one out has custom chrome chopper frontend, big sissy bar, i painted frame metallic orange, need to get a few more parts and assemble, sounds like a good winter project!!

I had one of those too, green, green metallic seat, sissy bar, 5 speed stick shift with 8 ball shift knob, and cable brakes. I loved that bike!!!

I'm looking for one my self i would love to build the purple forget what it was called ??Or maybe build a apple creat . That red one was pretty hot too..

hey if you dont know the year of that bike...I can tell you the year in an instant with the two first letters of the serial #......looks like a sweet one "campus Green" I have new old stock tires for the middleweight stingrays Front "Westwind" and rear "Gripper Slick" what are the 2 first letters of the serial # ?

where can i get n.o.s.stingray parts? need a 20'' coaster brake rim

my brother and I both got new Sting Rays when they first came out in 1963 mine was green and his purple, the second week we had them his was stolen from the yard parked next to mine - guess they liked purple more or disliked him. I wish I still had it as the first years are worth $$$. I also had a gold one but it was about a 1970 model. Someday i'd like to get one just to remind me of the good ole days.
