NORTHEAST GATHERING OF EARLY'S

VAN SHOW UPDATE JULY 20th

I was a little concerned about the rain today but all is well.
Reports have clearing skies for tomorrow.
WE ARE A GO !

This afternoon I'll be staking the ground with the directional signs
at the appropiate intersections.

I'll be packing the truck with the goody bags, prizes, tents, tables and chairs, sound system, parts to swap, etc....

Stopping by the PUB at the show site to plug in the power.

Last but not least...732-998-7529 ...for those that need answers to final questions.

Was a great show, my only regret is that while you host a show you don't have the time to go from van to van and chat about it all..
But in a way I'm glad I gave others the opportunity.
So, all you vanners out there that had other committments or your van was not ready...there will be no excuse not to come next year.
I'm already thinking of a nice quiet private grassy place near the beach.

Great pictures ! It's ok Jim, when you do it next year you'll have it down and will get to appreciate it more and take some pictures. When you do something like this for the first or far apart you get caught up in the details and concerns over weather, attendance, timing and can only appreciate what you accomplished after the fact.

Jim next year hire some young guy to help with the booth, thats what I have done so I could see and talk to the vanners. This is a learn as you go thing. You will learn every year how to do things better and better

looks like a good turn out. Casimiserdo you know who owns the red primer a100 photo 48 of 49 in your photo's the person who built that passed away years ago. it sat in his brothers shop in NJ. for years then he sold it.???
