coolant over flow

Hi
Replacing my coolant over flow reservoir on my 64 E van, my old one never had a return. The new one has the return at the bottom should I cap it off ord oes it have a return in the Radiator?

The new, aftermarket ones I've seen have 2 tubes at the bottom. 1 goes to your radiator. As it overheats and overflows, it flows into the reservoir. If the Reservoir fills up, the fluid will then flow out of the 2nd tube onto the ground. If you lose that much coolant, you'll be in trouble.

Remember=never fill that radiator to the top=needs room for expansion.

Installed this on the '63 and it works great. With a recirculating catch can you fill the radiator to the top, the expanding fluid enters the can and re-enters the radiator as it cools.
