Tryin to get some feedback on different cams out there, whats good all around, mileage, torque etc.A bud mentioned an RV cam,but I have no idea on lift/duration he was referring to.I get lost on all the numbers.
Gettin some ideas on parts to gather on an L6 build.Couldn't find anything on board in reference to this.
    So......whatcha got? Thanks in advance.

comp cams 268. i have one for the 292 and isnt on their website, 219 duration @ .50 and .513 lift. the 250 version is 218 and .499. it makes good power and sounds good too but i gave up a little low end torque. they have an online cam selecter where you punch in compression and carbs, etc. and it gives you power curve. its also available threw summit. according to comp cams, i gained about 15 h.p. but moved it up in rpm's and lost 10 ft. lbs. in torque compared to their smaller 260h cam, 212 @ 50 and .489 lift. also talked with langdons, autowerks and cliffords and they all said less duration and more lift. i am using a clifford 264 for my 292 i am building. .518 lift and only 206 duration. if your building a 250, decking the head .060 will raise compression to 9.6:1.
