    Aftermarket headlights Empty Aftermarket headlights

I'm looking to pick up a pair of these (not necessarily from this seller - prices are usually better elsewhere).

Do you think I'll be OK with the current wiring? I've rewired the whole van, so everything is new, but still, I don't want to overload the circuit.

You won't have any problem with those. You can also buy the tri=bars separately that are chrome with a blue.

Yeah Dan, I saw those first here on the forum, but I have my factory turn signals and everything's painted, so for my needs the ones without the bulbs work best. Had I known about these earlier I may have deleted the originals - I like a clean look.

Thanks Mike. I figured I'd be OK but never hurts to check. I took the plunge and bought them earlier today. Can't wait!

    Southern man,
I Have factory turn signals as well. I replaced the turn signal bulb in these with green bulbs to match the van and will wire them into the running lights!!! Smile

Southern Man, I did the same thing on Vanishing Breed. My headlights were similar to what Dan has but mine also had blue "halo" rings on the edge of the headlights,

I'll bet that looked great Mike.

Funny thing is the rear roof vent I bought has a blue tint to it, which doesn't really match anything else on the van. I've thought about painting it with a smoke tint, but not sure I'd be happy with the results. It looks good but needs something to tie it in more with the rest of the truck. I hope the blue dots on these headlights might just be the ticket.

Your wiring should handle the 55/60 watt bulb. If you upgrade to a 80/100 you will need to install a couple relays otherwise it will trip the breaker in the headlight switch.
I haven't had much luck with some of these aftermarket headlight conversions. I live out in the sticks and wanted a better lighting system then the stock ones. The ones I got I had to do some mods to the headlight bucket to get them to fit right once installed I couldn't adjust them right for my liking. Once I got them adjusted to where I could see better, they were blinding oncoming traffic. Probably has to do with the combination of the bulb and reflector and wouldn't produce enough spread. They do produce a brite white color but for me that's all they did.
Hopefully your's will be a better kit and you won't have any of these problems. Let us know which kit you got and how you like it. I ended up using a Hella H4 combination for about $100 and produces a much better brite and spread for city and country driving
