Searchtempest.com can search craigslist listings as well as give you ebay listings. They are limited to like a 500 mile search, I think. Works pretty good though.

I've used jaxed to buy 2 cars and my van. I hate using Craigslist any other way.
Looks like all the sites will end up stopping what they do, Ebay bought 25% of Craigslist and Ebay will stop them all.
