Bills 66 pic test

[img][/img] Dont Know if this worked or not but this is a pic of my 66 chev project . Got the van two and a half years ago ,Mid way thru body and paint she got a V8 / tubo 350 auto conversion now after media blast body and work getting close to coming home. Bill

Don't know the name of the color but I beleive its a 69 chev red, Was at the body shop this morning the doors are painted inside and the jams are next. The next coat outside is the kind of primer you can run in the rain and its red, doors are all done in this looks like a killer paint job from a few feet away. Reason is their is so much work left to do don't need final paint on their to mess up. Bill

Well heres a pic of the final primer , to go yet are the gas tank install, w/s install, assemble doors and shes about ready to come home. Bill

Dash is painted, Jams and all the inside pillars in the front are next. Bill

One more pic ,This is the gas tank that was made about a year ago and its just about ready to go in then she runs again. Bill

wideload thanks, After all the mechanics /rubber seals and so on is done ,and she is turn key beleive it or not the wife is excited she wants to help design the interior and even help work on that ,one thing she said is a must is WHITE shag carpet! Bill

Just saw the pic of the gas tank and really like that diamond plate.

Thanks Mike with the driver area ,headliner,dog house done the rest should be the fun part.The tank has worked out well polished it for the first time in almost 3 years took all of 15 minutes and shines like a mirror. Bill

I will be having a 20 gallon tank made for mine and was thinking aluminum but now I think I might have it done in the polished diamond plate and then shoot some clear on it so I won't have to polish it.

Got some work done today ,once the panels are all in place we will order uhpolstery and when it arrives pull the panels back out to install then panels back in. Bill

I really look forward to seeing it done up Bill ! Gives me some incentive to finish up some of those tweaks I have been putting off.
