starting the process

well it took this long but finally got my 65 running still all original .got so frustrated almost sold but after i drove it for the first time im hooked .every chance i get i take it for a spin.have a few questions for you guys
1. want to hook up a 350 turbo to my 6 how much trouble for linkage and to put on the column
2.wire harness. want to rewire entire van is there a product out there
3. new seals and weather stripping ?
4.aftermarket ac
5.side door with glass ,handle side
any help would be greatly appricated need help spelling to
i do have parts van for 65 will be parting out soon,front doors ,rear doors etc. thanks mike

for the wiring you'll have to go with a aftermarket harness, I still have to install it but I got a painless harness. No one make one for a early so I got one for a pickup to get the longer wires to the back
