I believe this is where the wiring harness goes through, are oyu talking about under the driverside seat !!!!!

Yes it's for the harness, be careful if you disconnect it at that point not to mess the harness

Mine - is absent all wiring dash & engine - wish some wonderful Vanner would take some pisc of there harnesses - esp.: engine & batt routing.
