    HI,Where can I get Front Wheel Bearings,Brake Drum,Brake Shoes for my 1966 van with standard duty non finned drums?
    All the parts places,rockauto,etc, just list parts for heavy duty brake shoes,heavy duty finned drums,wheel bearings,etc.
    My van has non finned brake drum on front and all parts I find are for heavy duty finned drums.Where do you guys get parts?thanks

    I bought all my standard stuff at Autozone about a year ago. Drums, shoes, spring kits, and wheel cylinders/rebuild kits. toad

    HI Toad.You wouldn`t have the boxes laying around would you?
    I could use some part numbers.I checked autozone website after my store said they were not available and just found finned heavy duty stuff.Same thing at mac`s and rockauto,just finned heavy duty.thanks

    From my experience the only difference in the heavy duty front brakes are the finned drums which are the same size as the regular. Some of the earlier models did not have self adjusters. The replacement finned drums have smaller fins than the originals. I have bought brake parts from Advance Auto, NAPA and CarQuest.
