So ALL the fixed windows in my van have leaked since I've owned it, I did know this right up front when I bought it. The PO had installed nice new window seals all the way around, but failed to use any sealant at all.
I just put a set of Miata seats in and figured before I did anything else to the interior I should get the windows weather tight. Took it to the local auto glass shop to have them re-done, because all the seals were only a couple of years old they just had to pull everything out and reinstall correctly. A plus was the tech used to own a 65 Econo truck, so he was already familiar with our vehicles. Anyways what this lead to was the discovery that the PO also neglected to put seals behind the head light buckets, the tail lights, the parking lights, and the wiper bezels(stalks). Argh! Oh well, easily fixed issues. Wonderful service and probably in the long run the best $200 I've spent!
