Hi Guys, This is my first post, I just picked up my 66 tonight, it has a 355 small block in it and lots of other goodies. I have been poking around the site a bit tonight and was curious as to what types of things folks are doing to make v8's run cooler in these vans (i think mine is a g-10 van) . would be interested in thoughts on doghouses, air ducts or an other solutions. Also anyone know where I might find a wiring harness schematic for this type of van... I have lots of idea's going forward like most i guess, but getting her reliable is my first plan.

Excited to be here, looks like a great forum and group of folks! Thanks for any advice you can share .

    here it is, http://desmoines.craigslist.org/cto/1897614246.html

friend of mine owned it, needed to sell. currently deciding what to do with the motor no pump gas in this one, thinking of selling the motor and tranny and putting in either an ls1 or a mild 350/350 deal, needs a little bit of body work and an interior ( i do interiors so this wont be a problem). Planning on lowering it at some point .. of course this is all idea's at this point but just assessing where I am at and need to fix cooling and some wiring first... anyone know where i can get a turn signal repair kit for this 66 ?

heh heh,, i know better, but i m usually cheap when i shouldn't be - since i only needed 1/2 the part (part the turn signal stock screws into) I just found it on rockauto.com for around 15 bucks shipped - I just ordered it... someday i will post pics of my 67 nova and you will see why i am being so cheap now.... course that wont last for long - i know this .. hahaha
