This has to be one of the lowest profile but longest running Econo events there is. If you are in the area do pass by with your van regardless of the make. It would be nice to see some of these early Econo owners at the CofC van show next year in nearby Buena Park Ca on Saturday Feb 19 2011.

My club won't be there this year. We are up to our ears getting ready car the charity car show we are hosting on the 17th. All proceeds go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Last year we had over 250 vehicles in the show with several thousand spectators. We should have more than that this year. 65 trophies to be awarded.

both shows are about 1200 miles from me, 3 days by bike in winter, think i could make it in 2 in the van......is there a show farther north?

I showed up last year but my van was in the process of being painted. I think I will make it this year with my van.

Theres an Econo meet in Portland,Or. and another in Stockton,Ca.,1st week of June is Carlisle meet in Pa. followed shortly after by baker's in Milford,Mi. Also,the big daddy of em all, the van nationals in N.Y. in July

I had 50 miles each way but I felt the same way Don, that was my longest roadtrip since we started working on it. It was a wild ride on the freeway but glad I made the trip, it was worth it!!
