Wave a little green in front of him and he might change his tune!! Worth a shot if you see something you might need. At some point people realize they are better off getting a little cash for them while they're still worth something.

Re: I seen a VAN,,,(,part 1) Old posts
It turns out I had met Steve many years ago, when I was flying RC planes at that field. This was before I had met Don and got the van bug again. I remember checking out Steve's van and telling him I had had one in the 80's. Hmm, maybe Steve contributed to me catching the van bug!
He's a nice guy. Bought his van in 1974, set up the back real nice for camping. It had a straight six and he put in a 283 V8. A couple years ago he got it painted, rechromed the chrome, and did a little work on the interior.
Steve will be added to the invite list for our van meet-ups.

Re: I seen a VAN,,,(,part 1) Old posts
This would be Bill's Econoline camper truck. I met him in Julian when I was coming back from camping and heading for Don's place. Bill has another Econoline that he's converted to electric power! It was in the body shop. He said his job before he retired was working on electric car conversions. I told him I'd invite him to our next Van rally. We'd sure like to check out an electric early!
He had these tail lights (Toyota?) fabbed in because he didn't like how small the stock round ones were.
