hey gang, what brake upgrades are ya runing? i want to have better brakes but not disk set up. its all a pain in the neck to do. i guess im looking for the less of two evils lol.

Disc is the best set up. I used Scarebird system, work’s excellent and was easy to do on my ‘65. I know they are out of business now, but there are others that make the bracket used for that set up.

if you dont want to do disc,the only other option is to have or put on 11" brakes.that was the biggest you could get

thanks for the reply guys. my van is a 108. it already has the 11'' brakes. was there problems doing disk set up on a 108?

I used Scotties set up on our truck.
Very easy, uses Dakota calipers and mounts .
