Looking Good . You or somebody else fixed your pic. What they charge you to media blast your van(Rough Idea) I spent many hours & months striping one with a grinder & wire wheel.

Re: Bronc Shine Express
I manually stripped my last 2 projects. I knew this thing had 5 paint jobs on it so I decided to get it media blasted. I did my research to get a guy who wouldn't warp those massive panels. He did a great job for $1300, money well spent.

Re: Bronc Shine Express
That's a Bargain compared to the many hours of tough work it takes to get it done manually! Work Smarter...Not Harder!
I straightened out your pics. Not sure if you took them with your phone or not but sometimes those get messed up when they get downloaded. I just open them in MS Paint, rotate them face up and then save the change.

Re: Bronc Shine Express
Wow, looks like a lot of hard work! Hopefully the rest will go a little quicker now that you’ve got hands-on experience...did the work on the inside of the doors distort the outside skin or was that preexisting before the work? It certainly looks so much better without those protruding hinges on the outside...Fantastic upgrades!

Re: Bronc Shine Express
Dings and dimples were preexisting, no distortion as the result of the hidden hinge work. Minimum welding on exterior sheet metal.

Re: Bronc Shine Express
Today I finished the next phase of this build. The rear cargo door hinges have been hidden and damage to the driver's side rear wheel-house and rear corner panels have been replaced. This took me a total of 60 hours. The next phase involves hiding the passenger compartment door hinges which will be a big challenge due to the contour in the front door jams.
