Picture attaching does not work

Suddenly the attachment tab is not the same. I am not able to put photos up?
I was asked to add password it did nothing? Can we get it to go back to the previous method??

The Serving,com login prompt is what shows up when trying to insert a picture...

Yes, I it does not recognize my password. I also tried yo create a new password...nothing happened. Not a friendly method... well for now no picture updates for me.
