It's flat glass, any glass shop near you should be able to cut one for you...JM2C....

If,,,,,,,you have the old windshield for the glass shop to trace and cut out from a fresh piece of glass,
might cost about $150,,,,,I surely like the light green tinted type glass,,,,a 64-66 chevy pick up windshield gasket, without the chrome strip in it, will work on a van,,,,here are a couple of places,,,,,,Steele seems to have the best quality ones,,,,
